Wigan based frozen food manufacturer; Lairds Foods is expanding its facilities. Part of a secured capital project from its head office Browns Food Group, Lairds Foods have been granted further expansion to allow its current facilities to increase by 40% production capacity.
Matt Brindley the Factory Director said, “Its is an exciting time for the site and the staff within it. The hard work and dedication that its workforce perform daily enables such quality, volume and confidence to its customers. Furthermore, it will give us opportunity to invest in further apprenticeships, upskilling our dedicated workforce and allowing further development into sustainable materials to support the environment.”
